TALENtTRACK
Currently, we are in the process of developing our own
feedback and evaluation-cycle App called 'TALENtTRACK'.
This tool provides you as a manager a clear and structured way of maintaining the progress of your team members, and to plan your periodical evaluation-cycle. With TALENtTRACK you can easily set-up feedback sessions, based on your pre-defined soft skills and categories. You can assign action tasks for the evaluee, create action and/or development plans and it gives them a clear overview of your expectations and their actions. The evaluee can also add comments and updates to the designated tasks or create new ones.
The App can be used both on your smartphone and/or web-version, and in the background (managers' function) you can adjust the tool accordingly to your needs and requirements.
TALENtTRACK is currently developed and we expect a functional roll out in Q2 of 2025.

When finalized, our feedback App 'TALENtTRACK' can be used for each individual team or company. You can easily tailor made the set-up and user profiles, to determine who can have access to the App. The tool will be charged on a Monthly, or Yearly base, based on the number of users in your organization or company. All development changes and costs, will be covered by your periodical fee.
