Here you can find an extensive and practical training curriculum, offering workshops and consulting based on your needs, but also support individual activities to enhance the skillset of your workforce. We can create tailor-made workshops and training programs that fulfill the needs and demands, and we offer our full curriculum in both the English and Dutch language. We provide our services to major businesses and companies which benefit our years of experience. Our training curriculum is created in a way, that every attendee understands and enjoys the content. We specifically use a 'learn based method', by combining information into activities, supported by videos and real-life examples.

ABOUT ME
My name is Sander Bossink, and founder of the Motivate Academy. I am born in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and already working for more than 25 years in various management, Director, and team leading roles in various (medium) large and international companies. During my professional career, I have specialized myself over the past 15 years as a facilitator and trainer in the field of soft skills and management trainings.
All training materials and exercises are created by me, well-developed and easy to understand.
Because of my extensive experience in coaching both teams and individuals, as well as my drive to always get the best out of people and encourage them to improve themselves and grow, I have decided to use my skills as widely as possible, and thus the 'Motivate Academy' was created.
I have created various modules in the curriculum of the Motivate Academy that provide future managers and team leaders with all the knowledge and tools to build an effective, respectful, but above all, long-term relationship with their teams, peers and stakeholders.
I gladly share my knowledge and experience, so don't hesitate to contact me for more information and possibilities.

Building effective relationships
In our day to day work we constantly build up relationships, with our team members, our pears but also with our stakeholders. Since not everyone has the same character or background it's sometimes not easy to build up a sustainable relationship. This training provides you all the materials how you can build an effective and respectful relationship but also looks at aspects like giving and receiving feedback, managing people and how to keep the business relationship alive.

Essential Presentation Skills
As a leader it's paramount that you bring you message across crisp and clear. Otherwise you will lose the attention of your audience and in time maybe even your credibility. The 'Essential Presentation Skills' training is providing you all the basics to become an excellent communicator, with tips and tricks how to prepare yourself but also how you can easily adjust yourself to challenging situations. In this training the attendees often need to go out of their 'comfort-zone', so it's a must for all service line managers, team leaders and supervisors!

Manage Your Skills
In Manage Your Skills we focus on the many daily challenges that a team leader, supervisor or manager is facing in his/her constant changing environment. We look at the different energy levels, and how they affect their behavior. We focus on the 'Trust vs Performance' matrix and review the Toxic area and sweet spot in that matrix. We reflect this behavior, via several activities, back to the individual team members and see how we can also improve their behavior. This training is an exciting journey with lots of eye-openers and self reflections, combined with tips and tricks to be prepared for your future journey as leader.

WEB-BASED ONLINE TRAININGS
During the Covid19 pandemic we were able to adjust our portfolio and started organizing Web-based trainings. Since then, multiple training sessions were hosted Globally and coaching activities are now also performed remotely via our specially developed Web-based training programs, facilitated via Zoom and Teams. This way we can offer our services throughout the Globe and in every region, 24 hours a day.

- The price per participant is € 400,00 excluding VAT, with a minimum of
€ 4000,00 (minimum of 10 attendees). - The maximum number of participants for this module is 25
- Not included in the price are possible travel costs (see below region and
"per km" travel costs) - Not included are:
- Costs for renting a meeting room
- Facility resources like a projector/screen, a sound system and other technical equipment
- Lunch (for both the facilitator and participants) and drinks and snacks during the training. These must be provided by the requester of the training module.

- The price per participant is € 200,00 excluding VAT, with a minimum of
€ 1600,00. (minimum of 8 attendees). - The maximum number of participants for this module is 15
- Not included in the price are possible travel costs (see below region and
"per km" travel costs) - Not included are:
- Costs for renting a meeting room
- Facility resources like a projector/screen, a sound system and other technical equipment
- Drinks and snacks during the training (for both facilitator and participants). These must be provided by the requester of the training module.

- Prices for workshops and Tailor-Made trainings are on request and based on your needs so feel free to contact us for our sharp rates and possibilities.
- Individual coaching sessions (both 1-on-1 and virtual) are rated per half-day for € 695,00
- All materials, including all training documents, a learning journal for each participant with a recap of the entire training module and other activity related materials are included in the price
- Not included in the price are possible travel costs (see below region and ' per km travel costs), costs for renting a meeting room, facility resources including a projector/screen, a sound system, lunch (for both the facilitator and participants) and drinks and snacks during the training. These must be provided by the applicant for the training module.
TRAVEL EXPENSES AND OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
- Training sessions on location will be charged free, if these are max 100 km from the Parkstad/Heerlen area. Above 100 km we will charge 0,25 cents per km.
- We follow all regular Compliance rules and restrictions, also all our materials, videos, photos and documentation are owned by the Motivate Academy (and or free for use licensed), copyrights reserved.
- Payment options for all our training sessions are:
- 25% of total invoice amount 14 days upfront of event/training date
- remaining invoice amount paid within 14 days after event/training date
