ABOUT ME

I have developed a wide range of training modules that equip current and future managers, supervisors, and team leaders with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools needed to build effective, respectful, and long-lasting relationships with their teams, peers, and stakeholders.

My goal is not only to transfer knowledge but also to inspire people to grow, communicate more effectively, and become the best version of themselves.

My name is Sander Bossink, founder of the Motivate Academy. I was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and have worked for more than 25 years in a variety of management, director, and team leadership roles within medium-sized and large international organizations.

Over the past 15 years, I have specialized as a facilitator and trainer, focusing on soft skills development, leadership, and management training. All training materials and exercises have been personally developed by me and are designed to be practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

Thanks to my extensive experience in coaching both teams and individuals, combined with my passion for helping people unlock their full potential, continuously improve themselves, and achieve sustainable growth, I decided to share my expertise on a broader scale. This vision led to the creation of the Motivate Academy.

Building effective relationships

In our day to day work we constantly build up relationships, with our team members, our pears but also with our stakeholders. Since not everyone has the same character or background it's sometimes not easy to build up a sustainable relationship. This training provides you all the materials how you can build an effective and respectful relationship but also looks at aspects like giving and receiving feedback, managing people and how to keep the business relationship alive.

Essential Presentation Skills

As a leader, it is paramount that you communicate your message clearly and effectively. Otherwise, you risk losing your audience's attention and, over time, even your credibility.

The Essential Presentation Skills training provides you with all the basics needed to become an excellent communicator, including practical tips and tricks on how to prepare yourself and how to adapt to challenging situations. During this training, attendees are often encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, making it a must-have for all service line managers, team leaders, and supervisors.

Manage Your Skills

In Manage Your Skills, we focus on the many daily challenges that team leaders, supervisors, and managers face in their constantly changing environments. We explore different energy levels and how they influence behavior and performance. We examine the Trust vs. Performance Matrix, including both the toxic zone and the sweet spot within the model.

Through a variety of activities, participants reflect on their own behavior and learn how to positively influence the behavior of their team members. This training is an exciting journey filled with eye-openers and self-reflection, combined with practical tips and tools to help you prepare for your future as a leader.

The Eisenhower Matrix, also known as Urgent-Important Matrix, prioritizes tasks based on urgency and importance. This new training will be a must for your employees, who are struggling to organize their workload, or challenge to set the right priorities. This training, which can be done virtually as well as a classroom, really is a perfect tool to improve the mindset of your people.

Embracing uncertainty, is all about those moments in life, where you feel insecure about. This training will help you to embrace those moments, and deal with them in the best possible way. Also, you will get tips and tricks, supported by video and several exercises.

This training can also be used for individual (1on1) support and coaching sessions.

With more than 25 years of experience in managing large service lines, coaching teams, leadership, director's function and facilitate training activities our academy provides a high quality training program which is recognized by our clients and participants. We also can offer tailor-made trainings, specifically designed for your (team's) needs.

EXPERIENCED FACILITATION
Offering a wide range of training and coaching workshops and with an extended experience of more than 20 years in facilitation, we often use real-life examples. Our on-the-job coaching sessions are very supportive and help your individual team members to improve their skillset. Our customers are very satisfied and see significant improvements in their soft skills and performance.

WEB-BASED ONLINE TRAININGS

During the Covid19 pandemic we were able to adjust our portfolio and started organizing Web-based trainings. Since then, multiple training sessions were hosted Globally and coaching activities are now also performed remotely via our specially developed Web-based training programs, facilitated via Zoom and Teams. This way we can offer our services throughout the Globe and in every region, 24 hours a day.

RATES INFORMATION

All materials, including training documents, learning journals for the participant with a recap of the entire training module and other activity related materials are included in the price
Price rates are calculated per participant with a minimum number of attendees. This is the minimum fee charged for the training module.
The maximum number of attendees set for our modules is related to the complexity of the module, and therefore restricted.
Not included in the price are:
- travel costs (see region and
  "per km" travel costs)
- Costs for renting a meeting room
- Facility resources like a projector/screen, a sound system and other technical equipment
- Drinks and snacks during the training (for both facilitator and participants). These must be provided by the requester of the training module.

TRAVEL EXPENSES AND OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

Training sessions on location will be charged free, if these are max 100 km from the Parkstad/Heerlen area. Above 100 km we will charge 0,25 cents per km.
We follow all regular Compliance rules and restrictions, also all our materials, videos, photos and documentation are owned by the Motivate Academy (and or free for use licensed), copyrights reserved.
Payment options for all our training sessions are:

- 25% of total invoice amount 14 days upfront of event/training date

- remaining invoice amount paid within 14 days after event/training date

Prices for workshops and Tailor-Made trainings are on request and based on your needs so feel free to contact us for our sharp rates and possibilities.
Individual coaching sessions (both 1-on-1 and virtual) are rated per half-day for € 695,00
All materials, including all training documents, a learning journal for each participant with a recap of the entire training module and other activity related materials are included in the price
Not included in the price are possible travel costs (see below region and ' per km travel costs), costs for renting a meeting room, facility resources including a projector/screen, a sound system, lunch (for both the facilitator and participants) and drinks and snacks during the training. These must be provided by the applicant for the training module.
