Primus Excellent Program
With the Primus Excellent Program your employees work towards a common goal; developing their skills, understanding the impact of a changing world on their daily work, continuously using the tools to improve processes, both internally and for the customer, but also how to define objectives or deal with feedback. The entire program is very balanced and follows a clear structure. The learning methods are simple, educational and above all fun to work on. The entire program will take about 12 months on average, after which one officially 'graduates' through a graduation ceremony. This gives the participant the feeling that he or she has really achieved something and also ensures a conclusion of the entire learning program.
